Job Title: Video Content Creator (Food & Lifestyle)

Location: Yaba, Lagos (On-site, Monday – Saturday)

About the Role

• We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Video Content Creator who lives and breathes visual storytelling—especially around food.
• This role is strictly for a video-first creator who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging content that showcases our meals, ambience, and overall dining experience.
• If you are passionate about food, trends, and creating scroll-stopping videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts), we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging video content that highlights menu items, food preparation, customer experiences, and restaurant ambience
• Plan, shoot, and edit daily/weekly video content for social media platforms
• Stay up-to-date with current trends on TikTok and Instagram, and adapt them creatively to the brand
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to capture authentic, appealing moments
• Develop content ideas, scripts, and storyboards aligned with brand identity
• Handle lighting, angles, and composition to ensure visually appealing food shots
• Edit videos with attention to pacing, sound, transitions, and captions
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to drive engagement and growth
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in any field
• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, preferably in food, hospitality, or lifestyle
• Strong portfolio showcasing video content (NOT static designs)
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, and mobile/DSLR video shooting
• Ability to work on-site in Yaba, Lagos (Monday – Saturday)
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics is an added advantage.
