Job Title: Working Farm Supervisor (Crop Production)
Locations: Abeokuta and Aiyetoro - Ogun

Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Working Farm Supervisor (Crop Production) to oversee and actively participate in daily farm operations.
- This role is not limited to supervision - the ideal candidate must be willing and able to work alongside farm workers, lead by example, and ensure efficient crop production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and actively participate in daily farm operations (land preparation, planting, weeding, harvesting)
- Lead farm workers by example and ensure tasks are properly executed
- Assign duties and monitor performance of farm laborers
- Ensure proper use of farm inputs (seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals)
- Monitor crop health and report any issues (pests, diseases, poor growth)
- Maintain farm tools, equipment, and ensure proper usage
- Assist in planning and implementing crop production schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and best agricultural practices
- Keep basic records of farm activities and output
Key Requirement (Very Important)
- This is a hands-on role. Applicants must be willing to work on the field daily, not just supervise.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Agriculture or related field (or relevant practical experience
- 2–5 years experience in crop production or farm operations
- Strong knowledge of crop farming practices
- Ability to supervise and manage farm workers effectively
- Physically fit and willing to work on the farm
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to reside within the farm settlement

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / Month.
