Desired Qualification/Preferred Competencies
- LLB & BL with at least 2nd Class Upper, LLM degree will be an advantage.
- Experience in OHADA related corporate & commercial matters.
- Fluency in French in addition to English will be an added advantage.
- Previous litigation experience in drafting, reviewing & handling/negotiating commercial contracts in the areas of services, national & international business transactions, & FIDIC contracts.
