Role Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders accurately
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 1 year of working experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and POS experience
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure.
