We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining quality standards, and driving overall efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a solid background in QSR operations, and the ability to manage people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply orders
  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and quality control standards
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor operational costs and minimize wastage
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports
  • Work closely with management to achieve business targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any related field
  • 3–5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a QSR environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Must be disciplined, proactive, and results-driven
  • Must reside on the Island or be able to easily commute due to the nature of the business.

Salary
N180,000 / month.
