Summary

• We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to support our daily administrative and human resources operations.
• This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow in a structured FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
• Maintain staff documentation and HR databases
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
• Prepare reports and track HR data using Excel
• Draft letters, memos, and reports using MS Word
• Support internal communication and staff engagement activities

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in HR or administrative role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word (a must)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Candidates must have salary expectations within ₦[insert range]
