Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s furniture products
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in retail, corporate, and project markets.
- Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.
- Prepare sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to track orders.
- Follow up on delivery timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product demand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in furniture, retail, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
- Familiarity with showroom sales, field sales, or corporate sales is an added advantage.
