Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Representative to manage and grow our fashion brand’s online and offline presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales through digital channels, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- This role requires someone who understands fashion trends, can create compelling content, and is responsive to customer inquiries—even outside standard working hours when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation:
Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and emails, including urgent communications outside regular work hours
- Develop creative campaigns that reflect the brand’s identity and attract target audiences
- Manage online community engagement and build a loyal customer base
Digital Marketing & E-commerce Management:
- Oversee and maintain the brand’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring products are updated and visually appealing
- Execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales
- Optimize product listings and online storefront for better visibility and conversions
Sales & Lead Conversion:
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads to convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches to boost revenue
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Monitor fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Provide insights to guide product offerings and marketing strategies
- Identify new opportunities for brand growth and positioning
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Track and analyze social media and marketing performance metrics
- Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and sales conversions
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role (preferably in fashion/retail)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce management
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet targets
