  • Are you a high-energy recruiter with a passion for high-volume staffing and technical talent? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to drive our recruitment efforts for our outsourcing business unit.
  • At Estrada International Staffing Solutions, you will be on the front lines, ensuring our clients are supported with top-tier talent while maintaining operational excellence in staff attendance and reporting

Your Mission

  • Deliver exceptional hiring outcomes by sourcing, engaging, and securing top‑tier talent that aligns with the organization’s culture, goals, and long‑term vision.
  • Champion a seamless candidate experience through clear communication, structured processes, and a professional, human‑centered approach to every interaction.
  • Drive proactive talent pipeline development by identifying, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with high‑potential candidates for current and future roles.
  • Strengthen recruitment excellence through data‑driven decision‑making, continuous process improvement, and consistent delivery of high‑quality hiring results.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 0-1 year post NYSC active experience in recruitment, HR, operations, or administrative duties, within any structured corporate environment or fast paced moving environment.
  • Technical Prowess: Proven track record in Technical & Non-Technical Recruitment (IT, Engineering, Specialized technical roles, & Blue collar jobs).
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while staying organized with attendance and operational checks.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal strategy teams.

Salary
N130,000 per month.
