Job Title: FTTH Project HR Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and workforce deployment for overseas projects, ensuring timely fulfillment of key positions.
- Manage monthly critical task staffing and manpower planning in compliance with local labor regulations.
- Implement corporate HR policies and coordinate payroll, benefits, and labor relations through local HR vendors.
- Support project performance management, team stability, and overall delivery efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project-based or overseas HR operations, with strong recruitment and people management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, cross-cultural project environments.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in telecommunications or large-scale overseas projects is highly preferred.
