Job Summary
- We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build, manage and support the top of our sales funnel by identifying prospects, starting conversations, qualifying leads, and keeping outreach activity organized and moving.
- This is a focused sales role for someone who is proactive, confident with outreach, and strong at turning cold or warm prospects into qualified opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Research and build targeted prospect lists
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
- Personalize first-touch messages and follow-ups
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and interest
- Maintain accurate CRM and outreach records
- Hand qualified prospects over for deeper sales conversations
- Help keep the top of the funnel active, structured, and measurable
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years in SDR, lead generation, outbound sales, or business development support
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and lead qualification
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and internal trackers
- Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up
- Bonus if you’ve worked in B2B services, tech, aviation, or drone-related sectors.
