Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a Motion Graphics Designer that will createanimated visual content for digital platforms, film, and television, blending art with technology.
• Responsibilities include producing storyboards, 2D/3D animations, video editing, and designing graphics for UI, social media, and web, usually using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Key Responsibilities

• Animation Production:Create 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for videos, apps, and websites.
• Conceptualization:Develop storyboards, animatics, and design concepts from initial brief to final delivery.
• Editing & Composition:Edit raw video files, add effects, and edit motion graphics for, websites, and television.
• Brand Alignment:Ensure all visual content aligns with company branding and style guidelines.
• Collaboration:Work with creative teams, marketing teams, or clients to understand project goals and incorporate feedback.
• Asset Creation:Produce branded visual elements, transitions, and overlays for digital media

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. 3D software experience (e.g., Cinema 4D or Blender) is highly valued.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Experience: Usually 2–3 years of experience in motion design, graphic design, or a similar creative role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design skills is essential.
• Communication: Ability to work well in a team and interpret creative briefs

• Cinema 4D / Blender
• Canva
• Figma (for UI motion)
