We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory / Logistics Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• Beem Farms Kitchen is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory & Logistics Officer to manage stock, track product movement, and coordinate timely order dispatch.
• This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory records and smooth delivery operations in a fast-paced, order-driven food production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all raw materials, Work-In-Progress (WIP), and finished goods
• Track daily stock movement (inflow and outflow)
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory for timely restocking

Logistics & Dispatch:

• Coordinate order packaging and dispatch processes
• Plan and assign deliveries to riders/logistics partners
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Track deliveries and resolve any delays or issues

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain inventory logs and daily/weekly reports
• Update stock sheets and production records
• Provide visibility on stock usage, wastage, and variances

Process & Compliance:

• Ensure proper labeling, batching, and storage of products
• Enforce adherence to inventory and dispatch processes
• Work closely with production and sales teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification (Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in inventory, storekeeping, or logistics (food business is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory tracking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
