Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Coordinating office activities, managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing facility maintenance.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and updating electronic and physical filing systems and databases.
  • Acting as a central point of contact by handling incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assisting with budgeting, expense reports, invoices, and tracking expenditures.Organizing meetings, travel, staff retreats, and booking conference rooms.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Residents of Sabo Yaba only should apply

Qualification

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND with experience.
