Job Summary

  • The Entry Level Development Program (Consumer Lending) is designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential graduates interested in building a career in retail/consumer banking.
  • The program provides structured training, hands-on experience, and exposure to credit analysis, loan processing, risk assessment, and customer relationship management within the consumer lending space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the processing and evaluation of consumer loan applications (personal loans, salary advances, etc.).
  • Assist in conducting credit analysis and risk assessments in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and loan records.
  • Engage with customers to provide information on loan products and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal credit policies.
  • Monitor loan performance and follow up on repayments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Risk, Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Participate in structured training sessions and performance assessments throughout the program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–1 yearof work experience (NYSC Completion)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
