• HND with minimum of Credit Level in nevant from a recognited institution discipline plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate or
• ND in relevant discipline with minimum of Chect level with at beast Syears post qualification cognale work experience Discipline: Library Scence, Indomation Technology
