Adamawa State College of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studies, the ADCOTIES, Gulak was established in 2025 by the Adamawa State Government under the able administration of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, the Executive Governor of Adamawa State.

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum of Second Class Lower from a recognised Institution with at least 3 years Cognate Working experience plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate. (Discipline: Physical & Health Education, Sports Admin. & Management).
