Requirements
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Handling sensitive personal or corporate information.
- Strong written and verbal communication for liaising with clients and staff.
- Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise
- Absolute trustworthiness is required as PAs handle sensitive personal and financial data.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills to handle a frequently changing workload.
- Flawless verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and handle emergencies or last-minute changes calmly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
