We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secondary Sales Representative (FMCG – Beverage)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking result-driven and highly energetic Secondary Sales Representatives to drive product distribution across assigned territories.
  • This role involves direct engagement with retail outlets, consistent order generation, and execution of in-store visibility standards.
  • The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive secondary sales by selling directly to retail outlets
  • Generate consistent and repeat stock orders from existing customers
  • Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand territory coverage
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Ensure product availability and proper stock levels across outlets
  • Execute merchandising standards (visibility, shelf arrangement, pricing accuracy)
  • Monitor stock movement and enforce FIFO where applicable
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store managers
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and promotions
  • Provide accurate daily sales and field activity reports

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years proven experience in FMCG or field sales
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Must reside on the Island
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

  • Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
  • Transport Allowance 
  • Performance-Based Commission.
