Job Description

• We are a growth-focused digital partner that goes beyond traditional marketing. We design and implement revenue engines, CRM-powered automation systems, performance marketing pipelines, custom business software, and operational growth frameworks, all integrated into a single ecosystem that drives measurable business results.
• We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Lead to drive strategy, analytics, and execution across high-impact digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize campaign ROI across digital platforms
• Manage paid advertising performance and budgets
• Develop and maintain analytics, tracking, and reporting systems
• Lead strategic performance marketing initiatives
• Improve client retention through measurable, data-driven results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable growth frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
• Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads preferred
• Strong analytical and performance marketing expertise
• Proven experience with campaign strategy, measurement, and reporting
• Preferred Gender: Any (Female candidates preferred), merit-based selection

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing, preferably in an agency or growth-focused role
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes through digital marketing campaigns.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
