Job Summary
- The person in this position is responsible for driving retail outlet expansion, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless client onboarding.
- Oversees implementation of operational systems, regulatory compliance, and property acquisition processes while maintaining preventive maintenance standards.
- Also focuses on cost optimization and driving Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) initiatives to support overall business growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive the expansion of retail outlets
- Achieve sales target on all products
- Generate new leads
- Ensure complete client onboarding within the stipulated timeline
- Ensure all pending Regulatory Approvals are resolved
- Ensure complete property acquisitions with accurate procedures.
- Ensure adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule
- Drive cost saving NFR initiative
- Increase market share through regular sales efforts
