Scope
- Corporate and institutional client acquisition.
- Revenue generation through solution-based sales.
- Market penetration within HVAC-R and engineering sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
- Conduct client needs assessments and site visits.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design and costing.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Track sales pipeline and provide performance reports.
- Ensure timely contract closure and handover to operations.
- Maintain client satisfaction to drive repeat business.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Salary Range
N500,000 - N750,000 / month
