BEDC is responsible for retail distribution of electricity in Delta, Edo, Ekiti, and Ondo States with geographical coverage of 55,770 square kilometers. Role Overview
- The role of the Call Centre Agent is critical in improving customer satisfaction by providing timely support and ensuring quick resolution Of customer complaints.
Job Description
- Manage inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Raise requisite complaint ticket appropriately and assign these complaints to the appropriate Departments
- Provide informed feedback to general enquiries and requests on products and services
- Professionally and courteously receive and log all interactions (verbal and written) on CRM ensuring that the complaints are as detailed as possible
- Responsible for receipts and documentation of all customer complaints.
- Promote Customer-centric image and build business relationships with Customers
- Proactively identifying trends and making recommendations to Head, Customer Care
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Customer Complaints Resolution
- Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Any other function that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Engineering or any other related courses.
- 1-3 years of work experience in similar role.
- Good Knowledge and experience in the power sector will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong Emotional Intelligence
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
