Job Title: Food & Beverage Sales Manager (B2B & B2C)

Job Description
Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities for the cinema F&B business.
  • Drive B2B concession sales, including corporate events, school outings, private screenings, and bulk purchases.
  • Develop promotional packages that combine cinema tickets with concession offerings.

Corporate & Institutional Partnerships:

  • Build partnerships with corporates, schools, social groups, and event organisers to generate concession sales.
  • Design concession-inclusive packages for group bookings and events.
  • Expand corporate concession voucher programs.

B2C Promotions & Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute concession sales campaigns designed to increase average guest spend.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to introduce promotional bundles and upsell opportunities.
  • Support the rollout of new concession products and limited-time offers.

Cinema Event & Activation Sales:

  • Collaborate with cinema managers to maximise concession sales during premieres, special screenings, and promotional events.
  • Introduce themed packages tied to major film releases.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyse concession sales performance across locations and initiatives.
  • Provide insights on guest purchasing behaviour and opportunities to improve sales conversion.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure promotions are executable at the cinema level.
  • Partner with Product and E-commerce teams on digital concession sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields
  • 5 – 7 years sales experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or food service.
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships and drive commercial revenue.
