Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Officer located in Lagos.
- The Site Officer will oversee daily site operations, coordinate project timelines, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Responsibilities include supervising site workers, liaising with project managers/contractors, maintaining on-site records, and promptly resolving issues to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven skills in site inspection, quality control, and construction management
- Proficiency in planning, organization, and project coordination
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of building materials, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software
- Prior experience in real estate or construction industries is a strong advantage
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to deadline
- Corpers are also welcome.
