Job Title: Receivables Accountant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- As the Receivables Accountant, you will manage client invoicing, monitor receivables, and ensure accurate financial records while supporting reconciliations and reporting across operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices for prepaid/postpaid meters, maintenance services, and rental operations
- Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile client accounts
- Post daily transactions including client vending activities, JVs, and supplier-related entries
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Track operational expenses including diesel costs and manage petty cash documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2–4 years experience in accounting with strong focus on receivables and invoicing
- Professional certification such as ICAN (in view) or ATS is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, reconciliation skills, and ability to manage multiple financial records.
Salary
NGN180,000 - NGN200,000 / Month.
