The College of Insurance and Financial Management (CIFM) is a full-fledged college set up by the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) to understake its training function. The center provides in-depth training in insurance, financial management, marketing and other related fields.

Job Title: Deputy Registrar

Location: Lagos

Description

  • The Deputy Registrar serves as a key management team member, supporting the Registrar in driving operational excellence across Membership, Technology, Examinations and Educational Functions, while also supporting the Registrar in executing and delivering Council-approved strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of short- and long-term strategic goals
  • Drive membership growth and revenue expansion
  • Ensure digital systems, IT governance and compliance
  • Provide high-level administrative and governance support
  • Strengthen professional efficiency and institutional performance

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Insurance, Law, Finance or related field
  • Associate or Fellow of CIIN
  • 10–15 years’ working experience
  • Proven management leadership experience
  • Strong governance, digital transformation and performance management expertise.
