We are recruiting to fill position below:

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Africa (online & offline)
• Manage digital campaigns including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing, and webinars
• Lead social media strategy and content planning, with a focus on short-form video
• Create and localize content: product messaging, customer stories, and educational materials
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, sales, and branding teams
• Organize and deliver marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions
• Manage external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure high-quality outputs
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing or related roles
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience with digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience in content creation and social media management
• Ability to work across teams and in a multicultural environment.
