They are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: School Administrator

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Communication Skills:

  • Engage with Parents: Professionally communicate with parents, handling inquiries, concerns, and updates regarding their child’s progress.
  • Promote the School: Be able to confidently present company’s values and offerings to prospective parents, both in person and over the phone.
  • Staff Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with all staff. 
  • Send Notifications & Emails: Manage school communications including emails, newsletters, and updates.

Environment & Operations:

  • Maintain Clean and Presentable Environment: Ensure the school is always clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. 
  • Daily Reports: Input attendance, meal plans, incidents, and other details into daily reports.
  • Supervise Teachers & Support Staff: Ensure staff follow schedules and educational standards.
  • Oversight of Daily Schedule: Understand and oversee daily transitions and classroom operations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage Emails and School Notifications: Respond to and send out parent communications.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and track school supplies and materials.

Curriculum and Lesson Planning:

  • Curriculum Oversight: Ensure adherence to EYFS and HighScope curricula.
  • Provide Feedback to Teachers: Observe and provide constructive teaching feedback.
  • Assist in Lesson Planning: Support teachers in creating age-appropriate lesson plans.
  • Leverage Curriculum Experience: Use curriculum knowledge to refine academic programs.

Operational Leadership:

  • Maintain Order Among Teachers: Monitor staff adherence to school policies.
  • Monitor Classroom Activities: Be aware of all classroom and school-wide activities.

General Management:

  • Knowledge of School Operations: Be familiar with all school procedures and logistics.
  • Customer Service: Professionally resolve parent inquiries and concerns.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address issues that arise in daily operations.

Relating with Artisans

  • Work with Artisans: Communicate effectively with artisans for maintenance needs.
  • Supervise Repairs and Maintenance: Ensure timely, high-quality completion of maintenance work.

Requirement

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
