• The Ideal candidate will lead the strategy for our "Beauty" portfolio, focusing on skin, hair, and anti-aging supplements.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans and sales targets.
• Lead product launches and promotional activations.
• Manage influencer partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain a market-leading edge.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability and retail excellence.

Qualities:

• Must possess a strong passion for and technical knowledge of how cosmetics and ingestible beauty products interact with the body.
• Up-to-date with global skincare trends and the evolving beauty-Tech industry.
• Expert at creating compelling narratives that resonate with beauty conscious consumers and professional aesthetic centers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG or Pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be resident in Lagos and be ready to travel across the states in Nigeria.
