Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing, promotion, and nutrition range, sales strategy for our high-performance sports.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans and sales targets.
• Lead product launches and promotional activations.
• Manage influencer partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain a market-leading edge.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability and retail excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG or Pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be resident in Lagos and be ready to travel across the states in Nigeria.

Qualities:

• Must be an active gym-goer or fitness practitioner with a deep understanding of body mechanics and athletic performance.
• Proven ability to position products within the competitive fitness landscape.
• Capable of building relationships with gyms, fitness influencers, and health retailers to drive volume.
