We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect and Interior Designer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities 

• Design & Planning: Develop initial concepts, floor plans, and detailed 3D models for interior spaces, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
• Technical Documentation: Produce detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
• Project Management: Set timelines, manage budgets, and oversee site construction to ensure adherence to design plans.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to define project goals, requirements, and budgets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local building codes, fire regulations, and safety standards.
• Material Selection: Select and source materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Licensing: Professional licensure as an architect is often preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience: Proven experience in both architectural drafting and interior styling, backed by a portfolio of previous work.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers.
• Problem-Solving: Strong strategic thinking skills to resolve construction or design challenges quickly.
