Job Summary

• J.A.K Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Support audit processes and provide required documentation
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–10 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
