Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team at our paving stone production facility in Ibeju-Lekki.
• The ideal candidate will support electrical operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and machinery.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical faults in production equipment and control panels.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical components.
• Ensure proper functioning of motors, generators, and automated systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Assist in implementing electrical upgrades and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (industrial or manufacturing experience is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
