Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Location / Surroundings: Clean and maintain outdoor areas, compound driveways, parking lots, and walkways.
• Waste Management: Sweep common areas, empty trash bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Mop, mop hard surfaces, sanitize common touch points, and clean outdoor furniture.
• Maintenance: Ensure the compound remains tidy, which may include cleaning windows, sweeping leaves, and cleaning exterior walls.
• Safety & Compliance: Use cleaning chemicals safely, follow health standards, and report needed repairs.
• Supplies: Stock required cleaning materials and report shortages.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner, particularly in outdoor or compound maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to a strict cleaning schedule.
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor and cleaning equipment.
• Basic understanding of health and safety protocols.

Salary
N80,000 - N85,000 per month.
