We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Manager
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Role
- Organize the internal administration and management activities of the corporation.
Job Requirements and Skills
- University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a minimum of second class lower division, is required - A Masters Degree or any other further professional qualification related to Management is of great advantage.
- A minimum of three (3) years combined working experience in Finance, Accounting, Sales, Information Technology, Marketing and/or Business Development.
- Fluency in English. A further Language Knowledge is appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills i.e written and oral, Effective Negotiator.
- A skill in graphic design will be of great advantage.
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent Managerial skills. Ability to conduct an effective, productive team environment. Ability to effectively plan, organize and audit. Skilled in conflict resolution and be a superior problem solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point for presentations and reports required.
- Market intelligence.
