Job Title: Hotspot Training & Discipleship Coordinator

Role Overview

• The Hotspot Training & Discipleship Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training and discipleship programs for hotspot leaders and participants.
• This includes ensuring alignment with ministry standards, providing ongoing support, and tracking progress across hotspot initiatives.
• This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and spiritual maturity, with the ability to manage multiple groups and training processes while maintaining a high level of excellence and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured training programs for hotspot leaders and participants
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing hotspot leaders
• Provide discipleship support, guidance, and mentorship to ensure spiritual growth and alignment
• Monitor and track participation, progress, and effectiveness of hotspot groups
• Maintain consistent communication with hotspot leaders to provide support and accountability
• Collaborate with media, call center, and leadership teams to align hotspot activities with ministry initiatives
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and virtual meetings
• Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and expansion of hotspot initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on hotspot engagement and outcomes
• Ensure all hotspot activities reflect the ministry’s values, message, and standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Ministry, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in discipleship, ministry leadership, or training roles
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication, teaching, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating training programs
• High level of spiritual maturity and understanding of discipleship principles
• Ability to manage multiple groups, schedules, and priorities effectively
• Strong administrative and reporting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a church, ministry, or faith-based organization is highly preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Personal alignment with the mission, values, and spiritual foundation of Bible Davids Ministries is essential.
