Summary
- We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to manage recruitment, staff welfare, and HR operations in a medical environment.
- You will ensure the right talent is recruited and supported while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train healthcare staff
- Maintain employee records and compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration
- Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Experience in HR, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
