Job Title: Social Media & Brand Lead

Role Overview

• You will manage our social media presence, brand campaigns, and drive engagement, visibility, and customer acquisition across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Brand:

• Develop and manage a content calendar across social platforms and the website, creating high-impact graphics, video, and copy aligned with brand identity.
• Serve as the guardian of brand consistency, ensuring all visual and written communications are unified across every channel.

Strategy & Analytics:

• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and translate data into actionable insights to refine strategy and optimize posting.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.

Campaigns & Collaboration:

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute integrated campaigns and product launches, leading social media components from concept to reporting.
• Proactively engage with the online community, managing comments, messages, and brand sentiment through social listening.

Innovation:

• Experiment with new formats and platforms, recommending opportunities to drive continuous improvement in engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in social media, marketing, or brand roles
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools
• Creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in food, hospitality, or delivery startups
• Graphic design or video editing skills
• Videography and Photography skills are a plus.
