Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Agodi, Ibadan - Oyo

Job Summary
- As the Account Officer, you will manage financial records, support billing and invoicing processes, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining compliance with financial procedures within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including invoices, payments, and daily transactions
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments from clients and partners
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports for management review
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 2 - 4 years experience in accounting or finance roles
- Professional certification such as ICAN (in view) or ATS is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
