We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Representative
Locations: Sango Otta - Ogun, Ikeja - Lagos, and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Summary
- This role is responsible for processing daily sales transactions, issuing invoices, maintaining accurate shelf stock records, and providing excellent customer service.
- The role also involves administrative support duties, daily reporting, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment while supporting the branch manager with assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Receive sales orders from customers, accurately entering them into the system daily.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices promptly and accurately.
- Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions.
- Conduct stock counts and submit accurate stock reports twice a week.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
- Receive and attend to customer phone calls and complaints professionally.
- Provide customer support and forward complaints or issues to the manager when necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through courteous and efficient service.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the branch manager.
