Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell property listings, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • The ideal candidate should be confident in client-facing roles and motivated by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads into property sales
  • Identify potential buyers and investors through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Promote residential and commercial properties to prospective clients
  • Conduct property presentations and follow up on enquiries
  • Negotiate pricing and close property deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Work with the marketing team to improve property visibility
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Experience in real estate is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly + Commission
