Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell property listings, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients.
- The ideal candidate should be confident in client-facing roles and motivated by achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into property sales
- Identify potential buyers and investors through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Promote residential and commercial properties to prospective clients
- Conduct property presentations and follow up on enquiries
- Negotiate pricing and close property deals
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work with the marketing team to improve property visibility
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in Sales or Business Development
- Experience in real estate is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly + Commission
