Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced AI Digital Marketing Manager to lead data-driven marketing initiatives by leveraging artificial intelligence tools and automation.
• The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through innovative digital strategies powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI-driven digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
• Utilize AI tools for customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
• Implement marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams to align marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on AI trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
