Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Flowitec’s mechanical engineering solutions and services by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills.
  • The role involves understanding customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and building long-term client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Provide expert technical advice and recommend customized engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to design and deliver client-specific solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure effective after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and product showcases.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales performance, client visits, call plans, and market insights.
  • Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and assess potential risks or competitive threats.
  • Provide continuous technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engineering solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
