Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Flowitec’s mechanical engineering solutions and services by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills.
- The role involves understanding customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and building long-term client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Provide expert technical advice and recommend customized engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to design and deliver client-specific solutions.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure effective after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and product showcases.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales performance, client visits, call plans, and market insights.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and assess potential risks or competitive threats.
- Provide continuous technical support throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
