Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Lekki / Victoria Island (VI), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Including Alternate Weekends)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a hands-on Floor Supervisor to oversee floor activities, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer experience.
• The ideal candidate must have experience in a supermarket or retail store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise floor staff and daily store activities
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising
• Monitor customer service and staff interaction
• Handle customer issues and complaints promptly
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization standards
• Support stock management and inventory checks
• Report daily activities to management.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in a supermarket/retail environment
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage store floor operations efficiently.
