Job Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee overall store operations, drive profitability, and lead the team effectively. Candidate must have proven experience in a supermarket setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end branch operations
• Drive sales growth and profitability
• Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention
• Supervise and lead store staff and supervisors
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Monitor financial performance and reporting
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and revenue

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualification with 5–12 years experience in supermarket/retail management
• Strong leadership and business management skills
• Experience in sales, operations, and team leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
