Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Agidingbi - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s HR consulting services including training programs, HR software solutions, recruitment services, and cooperative loan schemes.
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Present service offerings effectively to organizations and decision-makers.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or corporate client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and highly organized.
- Experience selling professional services (HR services, training, software solutions, etc.) is an advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
