Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, resourceful, and commercially driven professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Investment Manager.
- This role combines high-level executive support with responsibility for treasury and investment management, working closely with the CEO to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee liquidity and cash flow management
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and daily activities
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence
- Maintain relationships with investors and banking partners
- Secure financing at competitive rates and terms
- Monitor and manage financial risks (interest rate, FX, credit)
- Ensure timely fulfillment of financial obligations
- Conduct research and handle ad-hoc strategic tasks
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and stakeholders
- Track execution of tasks and deliverables from the CEO’s office
- Support the delivery of strategic and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 2:1) in a relevant field
- Chartered Accountant qualification (mandatory)
- 3–5 years post-NYSC experience
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Salary
N4,800,000 annual Fixed Pay (Plus Profit Sharing).
