Job Title: Brand Communication Executive (FMCG)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Communication Executive to support the development and execution of scientifically accurate and impactful brand communication strategies within the FMCG sector.
  • The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between medical knowledge and marketing, ensuring all brand messaging aligns with regulatory standards and resonates with healthcare professionals and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review medical and scientific content for brand communication, including product literature, digital content, and campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align brand messaging with medical insights.
  • Support the development of communication strategies for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers.
  • Conduct research on product ingredients, health benefits, and industry trends to support brand positioning.
  • Train internal teams (sales/marketing) on product knowledge and key medical claims.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders where applicable.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for brand differentiation.
  • Assist in organizing medical events, product launches, and health awareness campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
  • 3–5years’ experience in medical communications, brand management, or FMCG/healthcare marketing.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for health-related products.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex medical information into clear, consumer-friendly messaging.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
