Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Ikoyi.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, closing property deals, and delivering excellent customer service across rental, sales, and land transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage prospective clients for property rentals, sales, and land deals
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions effectively
• Maintain and update property listings and client database
• Provide professional advice to clients on property investments and market trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Estate Management or any related field
• Proven experience in closing rental, sales, and land deals
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of the real estate market, especially in Ikoyi and surrounding areas
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Must be well-presented and customer-focused
• Must know how to drive (valid driver’s license required).
